I should mention that the food was rather good too!

Agree? Disagree? Anything you'd like to add?

Guess who’s domaine didn’t have a Paulee – just a slightly longer lunch, no special wines. Reason’s (for no paulee at ‘my’ domaine) were various which would rather not state publically. Mind you, for the lodging folk, about 8 of us, in the evening Herve A did open Laurent Perrier 2004, Vacheron 2007 Sancerre ‘Les Romains’ and a delicious bottle of Arlaud 2002 Morey 1er ‘Ruchots’.

Rather mineral, but seemingly very un-Chassagne-like – aromatically. Tasty but didn’t ring of CM to me – maybe I need to know more about AdM… 😉
