#2017burgundyreport – the winemakers visited in week 45, 2018

Update 12.11.2018(11.11.2018)billn

Last week’s happy producers, including the last of the ‘white wine’ domaines for October’s Burgundy-Report – out at the end of the month – as I transitioned to ‘predominantly’ red wine domaines for the November report.

A Burgundy Report EXTRA! subscription costs 85 Swiss Francs per year.

Agree? Disagree? Anything you'd like to add?

Looking forward to your November Report. Does David Croix plan on bottling his 2017 Tuvilains 1er Cru separately? In prior years it went into his Beaune, but in 2016 it went into his Beaune 1er Cru.

Yes, he’s planning to bottle. It was frosted in 16 – so like many others so went into the generic 1er cru – I’m not sure he had it before that…
