Category Grand Cru appellation
This appellation can be followed by the name of the climat from which the wine originates: Blanchot, Bougros, Les Clos, Grenouilles, Preuses, Valmur, Vaudésir. The climat of La Moutonne extends 2.35 ha, 0.20 ha in Vaudésir and the rest in Les Preuses. Moutonne is not a climat classé of the Chablis Grand Cru appellation but it was recognised by the INAO in 1952.
