Gevrey is my favourite source for Burgundy (Mortet, Esmonin, Rousseau, Roy) so appreciate your views on the 2010s well before the En Primeur tastings in London in January.
Can I ask what you meant in relation to "tasting in the finish though" in your tasting note of the Duroche Latricieres?
