Jasper's book notes Arnoux's largest block in Echezeaux is in Ech-du-Dessus climat.
Meadows' book does not include this as part of the domaine's holdings.
What gives?
Domaine Arnoux's Echezeaux holdings?

Somewhere, hidden and hopefully not lost, I have a small brochure from the domaine from about 2003 which showed the plots. It's possibly a vain search, but I'll see if I can find it for you Rick - no promises (or timescale!) mind...

I believe the inconsistencies arise from the different interpretations between the border of Les Rouges du Bas and Echezeaux du Dessus. Clive's version shows a road separating the 2. Jasper's version shows a barely noticeable encroachment (quite similar to Clive's) whereas Allen's version show a decent size of Dessus encroaching into Rouges.
Based on a brochure from the Domaine obtained last year, their holdings seem clearly within Rouges if we follow Clive and Jasper whereas there's some Dessus if we use Allen's.
Complicated? Well, this is Burgundy.

Thanks Bill and JT. Here in the U.S, sports commentators always make the assertion that "it's a game of inches." I suppose Burgundy is no exception!
